Listing Maintenance

 

Course Details

Listing Maintenance offers the option for MLS companies to enter, edit, and close their own MLS listings, eliminating the need for data sheets, status sheets, and sending listings to MLS. All listing entry and editing is done by the listing company and/or their agents.

The company Broker/Manager must attend a Listing Maintenance training class and authorize the company participation in the Listing Maintenance program. Agents should check with their broker/manager before registering for this class. After attending Listing Maintenance training, Agents must obtain authorization from their Broker/Manager in order to have Listing Maintenance access granted.

Prerequisites: Attendees must have taken the MLS Basics class and have a strong working knowledge of the InnoVia system. The company Broker/Manager must attend a Listing Maintenance training class and authorize the company participation in the Listing Maintenance program.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours prior to the class, or a $15 no-show/late-cancellation fee will be charged. Minimum enrollment numbers may apply.
