Submit A Status Change

Per MLS Rules and Regulations, Section 4.11 Change of Status of Listing
Any change in listed price or other change in the original listing agreement shall be made only when authorized in writing by the seller and shall be filed with the Service within three (3) business days (excepting weekends, holidays, and postal holidays) after the authorized change is received by the listing broker.
Status changes must be submitted on the Status Sheet that is printed from Paragon

Start at your Paragon Home Page
Look for “Power Search” across the top of the Paragon screen – type in the MLS number, or the listing address, or other information to retrieve your listing.
Select the listing to be changed from the results shown by clicking on the MLS number.
When the listing detail appears, select Reports (right side of screen), and then Details.
Here you will find the change forms: Change-Remrks Direct (for editing the Remarks or Directions fields), Change-Status $ Offr (changing status, offer, pending, withdrawn, back on market, expiration date, price, and tax information), and Change-Status Sold (for reporting that a  listing has closed).
Remember, status changes are to be reported to MLS within 3 business days of the change per MLS Rules. This includes Offer Status changes, and reporting listings as Pending (when all contingencies have been met, and the listing is waiting to close).

Status Sheet Information - To Report a Sold Listing
Sold Information Complete all of the required fields
  Pending Date: Date the offer was made M / D / Y
  Closing Date: Date the listing closed M / D / Y
  Closing Price: Price the listing closed at $
  Selling Firm/Office: Name of the selling firm or its office #
  Selling Agent #: ID number of the selling agent
  Financing Type: Refer to abbreviation list on the status sheet
  Seller Concessions: Incentives offered by the seller
A signature is required for all changes. Sign where noted before submitting.
An amendment signed by the seller is required if actual changes are made to the listing contract.
