Tips and Guidelines
A completed Listing Data Sheet, along with the appropriate contract pages, can be submitted to MLS via fax, email, or in person. If emailing, the data sheet and contract pages must be contained within ONE PDF FILE and emailed as an attachment to: LISTINGS@ranw.org.

dot Remarks Section Guidelines (updated March 2008). A list of words and phrases from the RANW Fair Housing Committee that members should use cautiously if at all in order to avoid Fair Housing issues.
Remarks Rule: You must leave space between words. Remember to leave a blank space after punctuation. Describe the property, not the potential buyer. Include information describing any feature or field marked "other" on the data sheet. Use only standard abbreviations. Public remarks appear on Customer displays and IDX websites. Please refer to MLS Rules section 4 for complete Remarks guidelines.

Code Sets - can be found within InnoVia's Reports menu. Code sets are used to designate certain fields (County, Municipality, School District, etc.) on data sheets, as well as to identify status changes on a Listing History Report.

Supplemental Forms
Late Listing Form - should be used for late submission of required listings and accompany data form and listing contract to the MLS.
dot Seller Exemption of Property from MLS - should be used if the seller requests the property not be entered in the MLS; listing contract and data form should still be submitted to MLS within 5 business days of the list date as noted on the contract, along with the exemption form.
Limited Service Listing Attachment - (Word Document) must be completed and submitted with any listing marked Limited Service=Yes. Within RANW MLS, Limited Service applies only to the items marked A through G at the bottom of this form; if any service is not being provided by the listing agent/company, the listing is considered Limited Service=Yes. If all services are being provided, the listing is Limited Service=No and this form is not needed.
dot Licensee Interest
Accessibility Features Report: Optional form used to describe accessibility and/or barrier-free information for an MLS listing. This form may then be attached to the listing by uploading it to InnoVia's PDF documents.
dot Seller's Property Improvements Form
Auction Form - Required form to be attached as a PDF Document to an Auction listing in InnoVia.
Property Information Worksheet - may be completed by the listing agent/office and attached as a PDF Document to a listing in InnoVia to assist a selling agent with a partial list of information for Offer preparation (not to be attached to an Offer of Purchase).
dot PDF Document Upload: Using InnoVia's Inventory Report, members can upload various PDF Documents to be viewed from the Confidential Full Display of their listing. Click here for a list of available PDF Document labels.
