The RANW MLS offers the following applications for searching properties online: great flyers, email to clients/customers, auto prospecting, basic CMAs, 16 local tax sources online, and maps through Microsoft Virtual Earth..

InnoVia

A web browser-based system that uses your own Internet connection to access MLS. Also included in InnoVia are downloads for Top Producer, Realty Tools, Pocket Real Estate, and also a generic ascii download.

InnoVia MLS

Personal InnoVia

A distributed database program that you install on your own computer to download and store MLS listings and photos. Personal InnoVia can be downloaded to your computer through online InnoVia's MISC menu.

Many RANW documents are available in PDF format. To view a document, click on the linked document name or PDF icon. To view a PDF file, a user will need version 7.0 or higher of Adobe Systems Inc.'s Adobe Reader, which is free and easily downloaded (click here) from the Adobe website. Note: Some of the most recent browser versions have Adobe Reader pre-loaded.
