REALTOR.com is the official Internet site of the National Association of REALTORS and has pioneered the use of the Internet as a channel for buying and selling homes.

Monday through Friday, MLS sends Realtor.com property listings to Realtor.Com, along with photos and virtual tours for Residential, Vacant Land and Multi-Family active status properties (if the data form is checked appropriately). Realtor.Com receives the information late in the afternoon and may update the site the same day or the next day. Based on the nationwide fields that Realtor.Com offers, the main listing photo and the following fields from RANW MLS are mapped and displayed for each property type.
