REALTOR.com is the official Internet site of the National Association of REALTORS and has pioneered the use of the Internet as a channel for buying and selling homes.

Monday through Friday, MLS sends Realtor.com property listings to Realtor.Com, along with photos and virtual tours for Residential, Vacant Land and Multi-Family active status properties (if the data form is checked appropriately). Realtor.Com receives the information via a RETS feed, and updates the listing data and photo(s) at least once per hour. Based on the nationwide fields that Realtor.Com offers, the first 4 (four) listing photos and the following fields from RANW MLS are mapped and displayed for each property type.
