Submit A Listing

 
MLS Listing Procedures  
A data form and listing contract is to be submitted to MLS via fax, mail or in person by midnight of the 5th business day after the list date as indicated on the listing contract for Residential, Multiple Family and Vacant Land property types. (Business days exclude Saturday, Sunday and holidays). Photos are to be submitted within 6 business days of contract date. See "Photo Procedures".
   
Commercial/Industrial/Business Only properties must be submitted by the 10th business day.
   
Late Listing Form - should be used for late submission of required listings and accompany data form and listing contract to the MLS.
   
Immediate Request for Missing Information form - will be emailed or faxed to the listing office when a required field is not filled out on the data sheet. This will delay entry of the listing into the MLS until the missing information is submitted in writing.
   
Seller Exemption of Property from MLS - should be used if the seller requests the property not be entered in the MLS; listing contract and data form should still be submitted to MLS within 5 business days of the list date as noted on the contract, along with the exemption form.
   
Data Sheets
    Residential is used for Residential properties, and includes Waterfront, New Construction, Farm, Condominium and Twindominium sub-types
    Multi Family is used for Multiple Family (3 or more units) and Duplex property types
    Business/Commercial/Industrial is used for I (Commercial/Industrial) and B (Business Opportunity) property types
    Vacant Land is used for all vacant land properties
