Submit A Photo

Submission of at least one photo for each Residential, Multi-Family, and Business/Commercial property listing is required within 6 days from the date of listing. If below-grade finished square footage is reported for Residential or Multi-Family listings, at least one additional photo of the below-grade finished area is also required. You may submit up to 25 total property photos for each listing. Listing photos are not required for Vacant Land listings.

Using InnoVia's Inventory Report Photo Upload feature is the preferred method of listing photo submission and is the fastest method of inserting your photo into MLS. A hard copy of the required MLS photo (main and below-grade finished area) can be mailed in or brought in to RANW offices (any additional photos must be uploaded by the listing agent/company), however, manual processing will delay your photo appearing in the MLS.

MLS Photos: Procedures for Submitting Photos
MLS photos can be upload directly to the MLS server through InnoVia's Inventory Report, and listing photos will be immediately viewable in MLS..
Please Note:
Listing Photos must be of the property listed in MLS.
Members should not copy another person's listing photos and upload them to their own listing. Members who copy and post another person's image(s) may be violating copyright laws and MLS rules.
There should be nothing on the photo of the property except the property itself. Superimposed names, URLs, email addresses, company signs/logos, or images that say "No Photo Available" are not acceptable. Exception: "Photo Similar to Listing" or equivalent text may be included on an image when no photo of the actual listing is available. Unacceptable photos will be removed from the MLS; listings may then appear on the No Photo Report with a late photo fee attached.
Photos must be scanned for viruses before submission.
Photos need to be in .jpg format, true color, and the image size must be less than 2Mb per photo.
The required main property photo shall be of the exterior of the property. If below-grade finished area is reported for Residential or Multi-Family listings, at least one additional photo of the below-grade finished area is also required.
Members may submit up to 25 total property photos for each listing. The Customer-with-Gallery display will show all available photos for any listing.
Members should review the listing after uploading listing photo(s) to ensure photos uploaded correctly. The Customer-with-Gallery display will show all available photos for any listing.
The REALTOR.com website accepts data and four property photos from MLS. Virtual tours and additional property photos do not automatically appear on REALTOR.com at this time.
IDX company websites are sent all property photos and virtual tours as submitted to MLS.; websites may or may not choose to display all photos or tours.

Agent Photo:
Agent photos can be uploaded to the MLS system through InnoVia's MISC menu. When the Agent Photo Upload is used, the Agent photo will immediately appear on the MLS system.
Your Agent photo must be in .jpg format.
The image file size must be less than 2Mb.
Agent photos and contact information will appear on InnoVia's Customer, Customer-with-Fallery, and Agent displays, in the Super CMA, and in the Prospect's view of their Listing Cart.

Photographic Virtual Tours of MLS Properties:
InnoVia has the capability of handling multiple types of photographic virtual tours. A link to the tour will appear on the Full and Customer displays in InnoVia and, for participating MLS IDX properties, will also appear in IDX search results.

Virtual tour IDs can be added to listings through InnoVia's Inventory Report. When the Virtual Tour Update utility is used, tours will appear immediately on the Full and Customer displays.

There can be nothing on the Virtual Tour of the property except the property itself. Contact information ("branding") such as the listing agent or listing company name, URL, email address, telephone number, agent photo or company sign/logo, is not acceptable and will result in the tour being removed from the MLS.

The Tour ID is the HTML page assigned when you purchase your tour.
Virtual tours appear in InnoVia on the Customer and Confidential Full displays.
