Procedures
for Submitting Photos  |
| MLS
photos can be upload directly to the MLS server through
InnoVia's MISC menu. When the Photo Upload
utility is used, photos will appear on the MLS system
in 30 minutes or less. |

Photos
must be of the property listed in MLS. |
| |

There
should be nothing on the photo of the property except
the property itself. Superimposed names, URLs, email addresses,
company logos, or images that say "No Photo Available"
are not acceptable. |

Photos must be scanned for viruses before submission. |
| |
 |
Photos
need to be in .jpg format, true color, and the image size
must be less than 2Mb per photo. |

 |
Up
to twelve photos (total) may be included for each property. |

 |
The
REALTOR.com website accepts data and one property photo
from MLS. Virtual tours and additional property photos
do not automatically appear on REALTOR.com |

IDX
websites are sent all property photos and virtual tours
as submitted to MLS. |

| Agent
photos can be uploaded to the MLS system through InnoVia's

file name must be your MLS login name (not your Agent
ID number) |

| Photographic
Virtual Tours of MLS Properties: |
| InnoVia
has the capability of handling multiple types of photographic
virtual tours. A link to the tour will appear on the Full
and Customer displays in InnoVia and, for participating
MLS IDX properties, will also appear in IDX search results. |

| Virtual
tour IDs can be added to listings through InnoVia's MISC
menu. When the Virtual Tour Update utility
is used, tours will appear immediately on the Full and
Customer displays. |

| Virtual
tour information can also be emailed to: virtual
tours@ranw.org Just send us the Tour ID along with
the MLS# and address of the listing it pertains to, and
we will add the tour to the MLS system. |

The
Tour ID is the HTML page assigned when you purchase your
tour. |

Virtual
tours appear in InnoVia on the Customer and Confidential
displays. |
