How To Submit Subdivision Page To Display On InnoVia Submit A Subdivision in pdf format

As a service to RANW MLS members, subdivisions (along with vacant land listings) are offered for placement on InnoVia. These subdivisions will also be displayed in the quarterly comparable books. Subdivisions are searchable by Name and will appear in Pdf format that you can print off.

To qualify as a subdivision, there must be over 4 (5+) lots.

Procedure
A vacant land data sheet must be submitted for each of the lots, or you can submit 1 data sheet with an attached list of any information specific to any of the lots (ie., address, price, lot size, etc.) MLS will enter each lot individually onto the MLS system so each lot has its own ML#.

RANW will provide you with a camera-ready sheet on which you design your subdivision page. Design your subdivision page to clearly include the subdivision name, a plat map, lot numbers, prices, as well as any other information you feel is pertinent, such as your office logo. Offices are asked to submit a page to RANW that is camera ready. RANW staff will not design your page for you.

Subdivision sheets can be emailed to subdivisions@ranw.org or mailed.

In the far right top corner of the camera ready sheet please type or print the following neatly in black ink:

your office name and firm #
the subdivision name
the area number
the municipality in which the subdivision is located
the ML # range of the subdivision (each lot is assigned a ML #)
the commission codes
    Sub/Agent = CSB Buyer Broker = CBB
licensee interest = Yes or No
directions to the subdivision

If the subdivision plat map is large and doesn't allow you to include pertinent information on one page (i.e., lot size and price), you may submit two or more pages. Each page should clearly indicate the order you'd like them to appear in InnoVia and in the quarterly comparable books (page 1 of 2, page 2 of 2, etc.). Be sure the additional pages include the same subdivision name header and logo that appears on page one of your subdivision.

To keep information on MLS up-to-date, when a lot is sold in a subdivision you must submit a sold status sheet as usual to close it on the system. At that time you must also submit an updated camera-ready subdivision page showing that the lot has been sold and is no longer available.

Cost
The cost to have your subdivision displayed on InnoVia and in the quarterly comparable book is $30.00 for a 6 month period (regardless of the number of pages). Your office will be invoiced for the first 6 months, and then invoiced again each time you wish to renew the subdivision page for an additional 6 month period.

If you have questions regarding subdivision page submission or procedures, please call RANW.
