of the most valuable and popular services offered by the WRA to

Administrative Codes Relating to the Practice of Real Estate

WRA website also offers the Wisconsin Statutes and Administrative

Legal Forms
RANW
has available for purchase all WRA and DRL forms, and other Addenda
forms created specifically for members in our Northeast Wisconsin
markets. All these forms are available through RANW's Appleton and

Office Technology Manual
Brokers
and other members can access a free copy of the WRA Office Technology
Manual first edition, which addresses the use of technology systems
by employees and agents. The Office Technology Policy Manual expands
the guidelines in Legal Update 01.05 and covers a wide range of
issues related to employee and agent use of e-mail and web sites.
Checklists are provided to assist in monitoring compliance with
company policies. Like other Office Policy guidelines offered by
WRA, the Office Technology Policy Manual should be adapted to correspond
with each office's unique policies and procedures. The Manual is

WRA Website Access
Registration
is required to access certain areas of the WRA website
www.wra.org, including the Legal Section. You will need your
WRA member ID, found on the mailing label of your WRA newsletter
(the Wisconsin REALTOR), to register. You will be prompted to register
or log on at each section where it is required.
National Association
of REALTORS Website Access
The
National Association of REALTORS (NAR) also has a very comprehensive
website available to REALTOR members at www.realtor.org
(once known as onerealtorplace.com). Many of the sections of
www.realtor.org
are password-protected as well, and require registration. You will
need your NRDS number. You can find your NRDS number on your NAR
Magazine (the REALTOR), or by calling the RANW office.
