Online Showing Appointments & Reporting Status Changes to MLS

RANW MLS has a Online Showing Appointment service that will begin June 12th. Once the showing icon opens up it will display the showing scheduler for that listing company (there may be a number of different vendors).
The scheduling is easy, basic and self-guided throughout. As always a request for showing is only a request; your showing appointment confirmation will be handled/confirmed with each listing company.
If your company has opted to participate, an icon will be on added to your listings in InnoVia on the Confidential display, allowing a showing agent to click on the icon and email a Showing Request to you the listing company.
If your company has opted not to participate, your agents will still be able to use the online showing icon to request a showing appointment to those company's who are participating.
