Reciprocal Key Access |
| RANW MLS has a reciprocal key agreement with Central MLS, Lakes Area REALTORS Association and South Central Wisconsin MLS (includes Associations/MLSs of Dodge County and Rock Green). REALTOR members in MLS wanting to show properties in those areas need to call the MLS office at 920-739-9108 or 1-800-817-7657 and ask for Dawn or Freddi to request the reciprocal key access. Once Central, Lakes Area or South Central has authorized access, the MLS member will be notified. The RANW MLS rules still apply under the special reciprocal Key Agreements. To remind you of a few: You must set up a showing, you may not access the property without an appointment, and you may not share your key with any other member. |
*ZipForms Program Now Serviced by NAR |
The National Association of Realtors (NAR) is now the servicing center for ZipForms. WRA is referring members to NAR for all support calls.
If you have questions during the registration process or are having issues, please contact ZipForm at 1-800-383-9805. You will need your NRDS ID to download from ZipForm Information Center. Your NRDS number is listed on your NAR Membership Card or you can call RANW to receive your number. |

The Importance of the DisplayKey Being Cradled |
| Routinely placing your DisplayKEY in the cradle nightly (eSYNCing) or manually cradling it during the day will ensure that your key is updated and sends data to KIM (battery only charges on overnight sync). This allows the key and KIM computer to communicate about all showings and activity on the box. If every member cradled their key, members could provide a list of activity to their sellers without having to go to the lockbox directly. |
