Day of Event: Things to Know

🕓 Event Timeline

• 4:00 PM – Parking Lot Opens
• 5:00 PM – Stadium Gates Open
  • Raffle tickets available inside the stadium (TLC picnic pavilion)
  • Food available
• 7:00 PM –
  • Raffle ticket sales CLOSE
  • Silent auction CLOSE
  • Specialty raffle sales CLOSE
• 7:15 PM – Winners Announced
  • Winners will be posted on a board at the TLC Picnic Pavillion and online HERE!
• 7:35 PM – Prize Claim Deadline
  • Any unclaimed prizes will be re-drawn
  • MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN

Bucket Raffles

• 20 tickets for $20
• 60 tickets for $50

Specialty Raffles (Beer & Booze)

• 3 tickets for $20
• 10 tickets for $50

💳 Payment Info

• Cash is preferred (Bring cash to more easily purchase raffle tickets!)
• Credit cards are accepted

🏆 How to Check If You Won

• Scan the QR code on the day-of handout
• OR check the posted winning numbers near the raffle baskets
• OR visit the TLC picnic pavilion

✔️ Check from your seat or in person

QR Code for the LIVE video AND the pictures of winning tickets (MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN!)

🎁 Claiming Your Prize

• Prizes must be claimed by 7:35 PM
• After that, winners will be re-drawn

✔️ If your prize fits, you may:

• Take it to your vehicle
• Return to the stadium

• Be sure to get your hand stamped for re-entry
