IMPORTANT –  LISTING CONFIRMATION DEADLINE CHANGE

As of June 1, 2023 new listings submitted after 4:30 pm will not be CONFIRMED until the next day.  No exceptions will be made. Data Compliance will review all listings submitted after 4:30 pm on the next business day. All listings must have the contract uploaded at the time of submission in order to be confirmed.
